ABOUT

An educational game-based phonics app by Mrs Wordsmith that integrates 242 30-second animated short stories. Children ages 3–7 learn to read while playing a host of mini games & watching cartoons.

I served as art director & animation supervisor, while providing character designs for ad hoc characters. I reported directly to world-renowned character artist & animator Craig Kellman, who served as Creative Director for Mrs Wordsmith. Here is a selection of my work for the app, focussing on character special assets (which required non-standard rigging), model sheets, & pose reference.
