We created a song capable of altering the sense of taste through sound and we turn it into a new ingredient to enjoy the richest coffee in the world in a new way.

The song was created based on the research of Felipe Reinoso, who’s life work has been how music can affect the sense of taste. The composition uses hight pitch notes to highlight sweetness and low pitch notes to accentuate bitterness, making it easier to appreciate the unique flavors of colombian coffee.

To make it work, people had to listen to the song Beyond Taste while drinking a cup of colombian coffee.
