Special Issue of Diario de Mexico. Redesign of the newspaper.
On september of this year, Diario de Mexico released its new redesign made by the studio. Within the redesign also came the idea of making special issues. With the editorial team, we knew this will bring a special challenge but also a great opportunity to create different reading experiences for the audiences. That first opportunity came with the 30th anniversary of Mexico‘s earthquake. The idea was to remember what happened that day, how people remembers it today but also the lives that were affected at that time and how are they living today. The team brought to the table the idea of making a great entrance to the edition with three very iconic moments of those days. Here is the edition of that day (friday september, 18th).
