How can one app change a country? Despite the high tech services at the world's fingertips, the Ukrainian state kept operating in the old Soviet way for years, forcing citizens to give bribes, stand in endless queues and wait to receive documents. To transform the crooked system into a human-orientated service, Fedoriv Agency worked with the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation to translate dozens of state services into digital products. It resulted in the creation of an online portal and a mobile app as part of the Diia.Digital State, 'diia' meaning ‘action’ in Ukrainian.
