I was commissioned by Naissance Technology, an IoT company in Saudi Arabia, to create a bespoke visual language for a smart city concept spanning five sectors: retail, housing, manufacturing, aviation and rail. The detailed isometric illustrations were designed to show the company’s technology in culturally sensitive, real-world settings while reflecting Naissance Technology’s ethos.

The Smart Shopping Mall brings the retail experience to life, showing how connected IoT products could support customers, mall operators and retailers. The illustration highlights applications including real-time price updates, inventory and delivery management, personalised advertising and notifications, interactive screens, people counting, smart security, smart parking and customer journey tracking. A blue-scale visual system creates hierarchy and draws attention to each technology within the wider mall environment.
