ABOUT

Concept:

Harper Adams University (HAU) is the UK’s leading specialist university dedicated to tackling the future development of the planet’s agri-food production. Our challenge was to help Harper Adams achieve the fame it deserves as the leading specialist university for sustainability, present them with an option that they have never considered before and avoid alienating HA’s traditional core audience.

Execution:

Our first task was developing a new manifesto for Harper Adams, a call to action that the whole University could get behind. This needed to be a story about innovation and uniqueness, about quality and research credentials. Following an extensive audit and interview process, the statement was developed with and approved by the HAU team. It became the organising mission for the whole University, with our statement of purpose – “A Degree that Matters’.

We developed a new design system for everything that the University did. This was accompanied by detailed brand guidelines, brand assets and templates covering a wide range of 2D, 3D and Digital applications - we then brought this to life with a fresh look at a prospectus.

This has been followed up by multiple applications and pieces of work such as punchy digital acquisition campaigns, motion graphics, a university-wide promotional video, support for fairs and exhibitions, social media assets and campaigns, and so much more.

Results:

We completed this work in 2019 and in 2020 Harper Adams was named Best Modern University and runner up as University of the Year by The Times and Sunday Times.

Every year between 2020 up to 2024, we have produced their University Prospectus.
