Sport In Mind are an independent Berkshire mental health charity (unaffiliated to Mind) founded in 2011 that provide supported sport and physical activity sessions to help aid the recovery of people experiencing mental health problems. This video was produced to highlight the benefits sport and physical activity engagement has on the lives of people experiencing mental health problems and encourage others to get involved.
