In collaboration with Polynesian artisans and the Francis Crick Institute, traditional knowledge and science came together to co-create a series of artifacts demonstrating how living materials can reconnect us to nature through intercultural and interspecies collaboration.

The drum, swimsuit, and collier created highlight the potential of biotechnology as a tool for decolonisation and regeneration.
