The elements of this digital collage, created from over 30 different images, have been sourced from the first edition 1961 "Encyclopedia of Modern Gardening" by N.P.Harvey. From the glorious age where we didn't pave over every piece of arable earth!

This piece is one of several from the "Commercium Craniorum" series, a contemporary study bearing reference to the 19th century anthropological hobby of collecting, studying and trading of skulls.
