Concept:
“Way to the Metropolis!” is the final degree project created at Escuela de Arte Gaspar Becerra in Baeza, Jaén, Spain, as part of the Higher Vocational Training in Animation (2024–2026). The project explores the journey of a young character leaving a small town to pursue their dreams in a futuristic city, symbolizing ambition and creative growth.

Execution:
Developed using Toon Boom Harmony and Adobe After Effects, the project involved character design, storyboarding, animation, and color direction. The visual style blends expressive movement with a clean, graphic aesthetic inspired by both classic and modern animation.

Results:
The final animation demonstrates the ability to manage a complete production pipeline—from concept to final render—and reflects strong skills in character animation, storytelling, and visual composition.
