To celebrate Dubai Lynx International Festival of Creativity's 10th birthday, Creativepool has partnered with the festival and sent over its founder Michael Tomes to talk with some of the speakers and guests about creativity, innovation and our industry.

This morning at Lynx, Michael had a brief catch-up with Terry Savage, Chairman of Lions Festivals, to learn background on what Dubai Lynx is all about.

Terry and Michael spoke about the history of the festival and his involvement with it, and why it's so important that the Middle East and Africa's creative work is celebrated.
