Published by

Our rather fabulous partners at Daniel Marks have been beavering away shepherding entries for this years' Big Bang Awards.

So what is it?
The Big Bang Awards works with The Prince's Trust, the IPA and Creative Equals and number of youth organisations to attract young talent from diverse backgrounds to answer a set brief. This year the brief is 'To Create a brand and advertise an IFO - an Identified Flying Object' All Finalists work is reviewed by a panel of Judges with a view to offering 6 week paid internships at London living wage to allow the new creative stars to shine.

And that's where you come in! We need you.
We are aiming to reach an equally split male/female judging panel but aren't there yet. So if you happen to be a fabulous female creative then get in touch with Dan.

If you know a fabulous female creative - then get in touch with them - then get in touch with Dan.

It is really important that successful female role models show themselves to those more junior in their careers - to show that there are women at the top and the wonderful, crazy world of advertising is for them.
So please don't be shy - step forward and help us make a change.

Last year through the Big Bang scheme we were able to offer twenty Internships and we're keen to replicate this success. This year we're also working with Creative Equals to ensure we have as many female leaders involved as Judges for the scheme. With many more agencies and brands involved this year we're looking to place as many as 70 Interns from Diverse backgrounds.' Dan Matthews, CEO & Founder - Daniel Marks.
