An Immersive Escape Designed to Bring People Together.

In December 2025, Westfield London and Stratford City were transformed into hubs of industrial-scale wonder with the launch of The Good Factory. Moving away from the conventional christmas grotto, this project invited families into a highly immersive world were children were active participants in fixing the "Great Dream Machine."

Welcome to The Good Factory, where the very essence of Christmas magic is woven into being. But a hush has fallen over Elf Town, for the magnificent Great Dream Machine has gone silent. A rift has formed between the meticulous Green Elves, who manage the machine's practical side, and the wondrous Sparkle Elves, who infuse it with joy and dreams. Between them they can’t seem to figure out what is wrong with the machine.

It is now up to you to help mend this magical divide. Your journey will begin by helping Grumble the Green Elf get the mechanical gears spinning again. Then, you'll meet Wisp the Sparkle Elf, who needs you to infuse the machine with your family's wondrous belief and joy. With both magics restored, you will be called to the machine’s pulsating heart for The Great Convergence, uniting both magics "for good" in a spectacular swirl of light and sound.

Your adventure will then lead you to the control room where Santa is waiting to thank you for bringing the magic of Christmas back to life.

As a centerpiece of Westfield’s festive programming, the delivery required a seamless blend of intricate set design, interactive technology, and theatrical storytelling to bring the North Pole’s secret operations to life.
