Take a Moment:
The Talent Development team at ADNOC Refining is currently working on a culture change initiative that encourages employees to support each other both on a professional and personal level.
To visualize the campaign, Creanada was brought on board as a Creative Director to develop a concept that includes monthly themes throughout the company's various channels, including screens, intranet banners, internal social media platforms, and Microsoft decks.
The campaign began in February 2024 and will continue throughout the year.
