About Craig
My name is Craig Spaven and I am twenty four years of age. I live in
Scarborough, North Yorkshire, close to the town centre. After finishing
secondary school with nine GCSE's, I went on to attend
Scarborough 6th Form College, where I studied Photography, Media and
Art. Completing all three subjects with a C grade at A Level, I went on
to study Applied Digital Media Design at Foundation Degree level,
completing the course in July 2006.
In September 2006, I began working at GB Maps Ltd - a location map
design company, based in Pickering, North Yorkshire. It was here that I
built upon the skills that I had learned in my Foundation Degree. I
continued to work at GB Maps Ltd until the company ceased trading in
September of 2009.
Since leaving GB Maps Ltd in September last year I have undertaken
some freelance video work for local businesses.
In my spare time my interests are rollerblading, travelling,
listening to music, video editing, fashion, watching films, and much
more. I have been rollerblading for around ten years and as well as
being an enjoyable hobby; it has taken me many places around the UK and
Europe. I have also organized many different trips away for the local
rollerblader's, to locations such as Leeds, London and
Paris.
