Splenda's online presence - website, social channels and recipe resource needed a spring clean. We streamlined and simplified the content and navigation on site and established their UK Facebook community extending the audience past the standard Email Newsletter and generating real engagement.

The next stage of our strategy was to provide real valued content. We listened to the chatter online from Splenda's Consumers. The message was simple they wanted ideas on how they could use the product other than adding a spoonful to a bowl of cereal or the ubiquitous cup of tea.

Simple, fun and full of energy we developed a style of recipe videos that were so simple that they became known as serving suggestions. Brand Republic picked up the first few videos we launched and highlighted the content and the brand as 'one
to watch'.
