Brand refresh and modernization for RES, the nation's largest environmental restoration company. Included a new website, corporate identity, collateral and marketing materials.
By 2020, RES was known in the eastern and southern US as the industry’s largest ecological restoration company. But with a growth strategy of going coast to coast and adding new solutions by 2022, a new expression of the company’s vision was needed.
Objectives included:
• Show what makes RES different (performance guarantee, long-term stewardship)
• RES is an innovative, modern, creative problem-solving company
• Support new positioning
• Credibility for new acquisitions
• Demonstrate local knowledge & national reach
• Be employer of choice for ecological restoration
Results:
• Employees’ ability to answer the question “I am able to describe the company’s mission statement” grew from 61% in 2019 to 89% in 2021.
• RES has more than tripled in headcount and has projects coast-to-coast
• National MCA "Best of" and MCA Merit in July, 2022 for Corporate identity and rebrand
