Pipeline is the No.1 art publication with independent editorial content of sound art, sculpture, video art, musical installations, performance art, photography and more. My responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Email marketing and newsletter design: Created email newsletter based on templates with HTML coding, sending to different segmentations based on locations and purposes.
• Website development and design:
o Designed Pipeline magazine website based on WordPress templates by coordinating with back-end developer.
o Produced and designed a very informative Gallery Guide website through documenting ideas and information, creating mock-ups, testing different prototypes, setting up complicated navigations and more.
• Social platforms: Set up Facebook and Instagram and managed the content to build a fun and interesting image online.
• Digital publishing: Managed digital platform to publish online version available on personal computers, tablets and mobile phones (Apple and android).
• Art fair organization: Worked with the most prestigious art fairs including Art Basel (Basel, Miami Beach, Hong Kong), Frieze (UK, New York) and others to build up media partnerships (online and offline).
• Assisting editorial: Research, interview, transcript, translation and proofreading, all based on our editorial theme for each issue.
• Business development: Developed client based and maintained business relationship with agents and clients in Hong Kong, Asia and worldwide including luxury brands, galleries, museums, foundations and more.
