About me

I am a highly accomplished Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner and Business Operations professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting CEOs, Founders, Managing Partners, Board Directors and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNWI) Principals across legal, construction, infrastructure, property and corporate organisations in the UK and internationally.

Throughout my career I have become known as someone who creates structure, brings clarity to busy environments and enables senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities while I oversee the day-to-day execution. I pride myself on being proactive rather than reactive, anticipating what needs to be done, solving problems before they escalate and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level.

My experience extends well beyond traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities. I have managed executive offices, coordinated strategic business projects, supported Board governance, prepared executive reports and presentations, organised international travel and private aviation, managed confidential business and personal affairs, coordinated property refurbishment projects and worked closely with contractors, architects, accountants, solicitors, government departments and suppliers.

Having worked both in the UK and overseas, including Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands, I am comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions, cultures and time zones. I have supported senior leaders through periods of growth, organisational change and complex business projects while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

I have extensive experience within legal, infrastructure, construction and property environments, supporting organisations including international law firms, major infrastructure projects and privately owned businesses. My work has included governance, operational reporting, stakeholder management, supplier negotiations, project coordination, recruitment support, compliance administration, workflow optimisation and process improvement.

One of my strengths is bringing organisation to fast-moving businesses. I enjoy implementing systems, improving ways of working, streamlining reporting and ensuring that projects, actions and priorities remain visible and on track. Whether coordinating international travel, preparing Board documentation, managing executive diaries, organising conferences or overseeing operational projects, I thrive in environments where initiative, adaptability and sound judgement are essential.

I am commercially aware, highly organised and naturally collaborative. I enjoy working across departments including operations, HR, recruitment, customer service, finance, compliance and project delivery, helping teams work together more effectively while supporting business growth.

Technology is another key strength. I am proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, , Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, Teams, Zoom and a wide range of document management and collaboration platforms. I learn new systems quickly and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through better processes and technology.
