ABOUT

The biggest music event organised in Cyprus, a 5-day community festival celebrating arts & music. The 2022 Afrobanana festival took place shortly after the end of the restrictive measures taken due to the pandemic, and in a climate of political unrest. This year, more than ever before, people needed to feel 'light' and 'free'. A common desire to reconnect with sensations and with fellow human beings.
The festival goers had the opportunity to either camp in the woods or at the beach and also take part in activities such as yoga classes and art workshops. ace of bunnies created a design for the festival's promotional purposes that aimed to capture a feeling everyone was longing to relive; the sense of the morning breeze under the warmth of the summer sun and those good vibes coming from the perfect song, combined with the smooth sound of the sea.
