Concise Media Design worked closely with Lexus and Inchcape to develop an interactive, multi-platform event app and experience for the launch.
Throughout the two day event, members of the press and buyers were encouraged to participate in a showroom tour, presentations and a test drive of the new Lexus NX. All activities were supported with bespoke and fully branded interactive iPad based technology.
The Lexus Tour App connected attendees with the launch programme, speaker biographies, presentations, promotional videos and images. Speaker presentations were pushed live to their event iPad, helping to keep them informed and active. The history button allowed guests to review presentations at their leisure.
iBeacon technology delivered location based specific content highlighting key features and innovations about the Lexus NX. Their event iPads were automatically populated with videos and information as guests moved freely around the showroom, helping to keep them entertained and informed whilst awaiting a test drive. This new technology enabled a more informed journey and a unique, personal experience.
To help manage the demand for the popular Lexus NX test drive, Guest List was used to allocate and co-ordinate test drive times with available vehicles. Data on test drive participation was updated throughout the two days and downloaded post event to be used for follow up activity.
