This custom printed file folder was created for Northeast Medical Research Associates (NEMRA) to organize and present essential healthcare documents—everything from patient charts and clinical trial paperwork to referral letters and internal reports.

The design combines a modern layout with thoughtful imagery that reflects trust, compassion, and professionalism. Black-and-white photos of doctors and patients are accented by sweeping panels of color—green, purple, and blue—each subtly reinforcing the brand’s identity while guiding the viewer’s eye across the layout.
