Role: Shoot, light, and grade social-first video content for our YouTube and Instagram pages. Cinematic feel on a lean setup. We want videos in the style of Gawx Arts, just for finance. What you will do: Shoot ads, branded videos, talking-head content, and short-form reels with a cinematic feel. Own lighting, framing, and composition end to end. Make small rooms and limited setups look intentional. Colour grade in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere -- not just LUTs. Work with the creator and editor on shot lists and visual direction. Operate solo or with a 1 to 2 person crew. What we need 2 to 4 years of experience as
