The Elexon careers micro-site:
Elexon is the power industry's checks and balances organisation. It commissioned this site to attract high level graduates to the industry and as a tool to help reduce the high staff turnover. Previously, Elexon was seen a a good place to start your career path into the energy business, but not a place to stay for long. They had a very high staff churn rate. The client reported that after the website was built, staff churn was reduced by 60%. I was the web designer on this project and worked closely with a developer.
