Instant Impact is a recruitment agency specialising in delivering the best graduates and interns for small and medium sized enterprises. I worked in-house with developers and the marketing department on the company’s overall digital strategy, focusing on communicating to both B2B and B2C markets. I was also tasked with external projects such as websites and branding for clients who needed to diversify their communication and ultimately appeal to the next generation of skills graduating from UK universities. Leading the creative arm of Instant Impact as an extra revenue stream.
