Hillarys are the UKs largest blinds and shutters brand, and we have worked together since 2005.

Over this time we have helped Hillarys to develop their e-commerce proposition (winning Best Retail Award 2007 at the Revolution Awards); and importantly have helped the business maximise the value of their main brand site

Built on Umbraco CMS, the latest version of the Hillarys site has been improved thanks to learnings we made from our user-centred design processes; including focus groups, user surveys and customer workshops.

Everything on the Hillarys site is about conversion science. Our Design team deployed PET techniques to gently nudge users to make the actions we want.

All of this has resulted in the site gaining a sizeable increase in conversion; which commercially for the business adds significant numbers to the bottom line.

We are now working together to create an amazing application on mobile and tablet to help the customer make great decisions, and to help the sales teams give the customer an extraordinary in-home experience.
