Clinique wanted a solution to match customers to their unique Clinique iD moisturiser, within Facebook and Instagram, before driving them to purchase. We built an Instant Experience, which asked users three simple skincare questions, before guiding them to their unique iD, then to site. On average, users spent almost a minute within the IX and the ads produced an amazing return on ad spend.

I designed the user journey, oversaw the creative direction, wrote copy and managed all client and internal contact throughout the project.
