I was brought in as a contributing writer in February 2014. I had done a few articles on cinematic and media portrayal of addicition roughly a year before that. I quickly became a stable part of time and starting doing more articles about the social impact of addiction as well as the medical aspects.
My main focus was to hilight more personal stories of people in recovery. I interviewed war veterans in Liverpool that were dealing with addiciton, did a piece on a scottish football club that put battlign addiction in tis community on par with wining matches and many more personal stories of recovery.
I was also involved in drafting the promotional plans for the articles, wich included social media promotion. I learned to develop strong web content, from both a content.
