As CAF approached its centenary, the organisation saw an opportunity to evolve its brand - bringing greater purpose, clarity, and emotional connection to its identity.
Alongside a wider brand refresh, the website needed a complete overhaul to better reflect CAF’s mission, streamline its sub-brands, and enhance the overall user experience.
A small team of us at Hugo & Cat led the full redesign of the UK CAF website from the ground up. This meant rethinking the entire site architecture, redefining user journeys, and building a comprehensive design system that would support consistency and scalability across the brand.
The result was a more cohesive, intuitive, and future-ready web experience that brought CAF’s new brand to life online.
