LEAP helped Clarins to quickly respond to shifting market conditions at the start of the Christmas shopping season. LEAP’s dedicated account managers and producers provided quick-turnaround broadcast clearance and delivery services including technical and content compliance checks as well as post-production services to ensure a smooth path for the UK broadcast of the Clarins Festive Treats campaign.

The UK government’s announcement of the second national lockdown came two days before the Christmas campaign’s delivery due date. LEAP was able to promptly change the ad’s call to action. Motion graphics editors removed references to in-store shopping and replaced them with messages promoting online shopping and consultations through Clarins’ Virtual Boutique. LEAP’s account management and production team quickly obtained new broadcast clearance for the revised ad to meet the media plan deadlines.

To support the on online shopping messaging, Clarins also commissioned LEAP’s editors to adapt the master creative into a series of social media ads for a range of platforms. The Festive Treats campaign has launched across TV, BVOD and social channels.
