Arval operates a multi-region car rental ecosystem where internal teams handle vehicle inspections, documentation, and rental workflows, while customers move through multiple touchpoints from booking to return.

The vehicle onboarding process for long-term rentals was largely manual and fragmented. Employees documented vehicle conditions using inconsistent methods, while customers experienced a slow and unclear handover process.

I was brought in to redesign and digitize the onboarding workflow for both employees (B2B) and customers (B2C), creating a structured, scalable system that aligned operational efficiency with a smooth delivery experience.
