This restaurant revolves around the idea of Farm to Fork. With produce grown in the restaurant's allotment as well as locally sourced, the food couldn't be closer to home. In addition to the restaurant, Suited and Welly Booted, a quarterly event has been set up. This event encourages local allotment growers to fine dine upon their own produce. It twists the conventional fine dining etiquette to prove that good food can be eaten anywhere.
