ABOUT
The campaign follows Jeanne, who grows up on a family farm and ultimately chooses to return, embracing her father’s path while shaping her own future. At the heart of the story is a re-recorded version of Hubert Lenoir’s iconic Quebec song Fille de Personne.
The song’s lyrics translated as “No one’s daughter… I came to tell you that you have the right to change… I saw the future of a liberated woman” create a surprising and empowering twist. They mirror Jeanne’s journey, rooted in tradition yet daring to redefine her own identity.
Through re-arrangement, micro-scoring, and sonic boldness, including saturated textures, Moog bass, and strategic breaks, the familiar track becomes an emotional lens, evolving with the visuals to reinforce key moments, highlight her personal growth, and turn music into a strategic storytelling tool.
By combining recognition, novelty, narrative precision, and aesthetic daring, the music does not just accompany Jeanne’s story; it shapes it, making the audience feel her journey intimately and memorably.
