ABOUT
"At work, psychological well-being should never hang by a thread."
Simon works in an office. One morning, an angry client yells at him over the phone. Discouraged, he removes his headset. Later, two colleagues bump into him and mock him. At lunch, he eats alone while others laugh together. During an afternoon presentation, his team ignores him entirely. Overwhelmed, Simon hides in the restroom, wishing only for the day to end.
In this stop-motion animated film, the characters are made of wool — a powerful metaphor for emotional resilience. As the day unfolds, Simon literally unravels, losing thread by thread, until he is but a shadow of himself.
When he finally leaves the office, devastated, he fears this cycle will repeat unless something changes. The visual metaphor serves as a poignant reminder: psychological health at work is fragile — and should never hang by a thread.
