ABOUT

TAMS Human Resource Management System Application is an application designed for corporate organizations for the management of employees. It is a system that gets rid of papers from the table, thereby introducing a software system into the Human Resource Management Systems of Organisations.

Product Teams
This product was designed by two UX Designers, namely; Ayobami Adelugba, who was the team lead designer, and myself, Chukwunonso Obidike.

Responsibilities
My responsibilities during this project covered a wide range of activities; from being an assistant QA lead, testing software products and documentation of feedback, collaborating with the in-house developers on bugs discovered and fixes to be made to handling the TAMS Mobile Application designs, and User flows, collaborating with the mobile developers, mobile application testing and documentation of feedbacks to the mobile developers.
Majorly, I was tasked with designing two HRMS modules, namely Contract Staff Management Module and Employee Rotation Module.
I also worked alongside the lead designer, assisting in everything she needed in making the product a success.
This TAMS HRMS Application has since been launched, it is live now, and organizations have since signed up for this new product.
