Agrain (a play on the words grain and again) reuses brewers spent grain to produce flour, granola and snacks. The grain is a rest product from whisky and beer production and has a subtle but specific flavour from the type of beverage it was used to make.

Not only is this sustainable production reusing waste products, the grain having gone through the brewing process also contains high levels of fibre and protein.

In collaboration with the PR agency Holy Truffle, we were tasked to look at potential markets for AGRAIN products and build two distinct positioning models and visual identities, packaging and communication strategies to present to focus groups prior to the launch of the first product.
