A highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic individual who is able to commit to timescales and targets effectively and efficiently, working well both alone and within a team utilising excellent organisational and communication skills. Studying for a degree in Media and Communication Studies, is keen to gain experience within the media industry and has taken part in numerous voluntary and work experience events whilst always looking for opportunities to progress and develop new skills. With many years' customer service and office experience is extremely customer focused and able to overcome various difficulties and situations, resolving them in a professional manner.
