Brief: Develop the strategy, the advertising campaign and the menu for Het Paleis Cafè.

Specifications: Het Paleis Cafè is in the middle of Amsterdam city, just behind the Royal Palace in Dam square. The Cafè is a typical Dutch bar and its clients are mostly Dutch but due to the central location is also attended by tourists.

The target of the communication has to attract more client and stimulate and maintain customer loyalty over time in the brand.

Concept: Original Dutch.
Headline: 20% Dutch, 80% Cafè Het Paleis.
Tagline: Eat and drink all day, till late.
