About me

A creative import originally from Kuala Lumpur, Christel is now based in Hong Kong working to continuously create effective and purposeful advertising. She brings a human-centred approach to her work with the goal of creating campaigns that are in-tuned with the needs of brands and people.

With over 13 years of experience, she has worked on brands from a wide range of industries, creating campaigns for everything; from selling travel aspirations to children's milk powder, from health and beauty products to fintech services. Hotels, a2 Milk Company, Colgate Palmolive, FWD Insurance, Somersby Apple Cider, Hard Rock Cafe, are just a couple of brands to name a few. Since moving to Hong Kong, she has developed a diverse mix of working on local, regional and global accounts.

Christel enjoys putting a truly integrated view when solving client problems through insightful ideas, thorough creative thinking and visually perfected executions. As a result of this approach, her work has not only helped her team win new business pitches but also gain recognition at numerous international and local awards.

In her free time, Christel likes to attempt short runs, long runs and sometimes randomly signs up for marathons. And when she feels like slowing down the pace, she enjoys taking a dip in the pool or just tinkering about at home.
