Designers have the ability to influence how people act, think and react to the world around them. Designers are the message makers sometimes required to take on contemporary social, political, or environmental issues.

Communication is a human condition and visual communication designers are the distillers of visual culture.

My goal was to raise awareness of the growing problem in Syria to the UK population. With their heightened awareness I hope to gain their support though the use of provocative images and short facts of the problems. With their support, this will benefit Support Amnesty International’s cause to push the United Kingdom, and united nations to ensure that Bashar al-Assad steps down peacefuly.
