I'm an accomplished Creative Director with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for leading global brands, specialising in storytelling, brand design & digital innovation. I am passionate about fostering new talent and driving diversity in the design industry, and have successfully launched Academy programmes to help aspiring designers from diverse socio-economic backgrounds enter the field. With a demonstrated ability to lead teams and partners across the globe, I have cultivated a culture that celebrates individual differences and aspirations. Additionally, I have been an ongoing judge for the GUCCI x ARTSTHREAD Global Design Graduate Show and Webby Awards and associate member of IADAS.
