ABOUT

We were commissioned by Verve Properties to create the branding and design a brochure and website for their latest development, converting an old paper factory into 34 luxury apartments in Fulham.

BROCHURE DESIGN
Verve wanted to keep some of the heritage of Hunt’s Paper Factory which dates back over 100 years. The branding included a nod to the original signage using Hunt’s signature. The brochure was printed with an unusual fold out craft paper cover with the inner pages on soft artisan recycled papers. The centre spread of the brochure featured a graphic map of Fulham, created by our in house graphic artist Dex.

WEBSITE DESIGN
We created a website to compliment the brochure and capture the details of interested potential buyers so they could be invited to the launch event. The storytelling of Fulham as a cool locale was everything. Leafy beautiful by day, lively by night. As part of a reappraisal of Fulham’s credentials, we did a lifestyle photoshoot in and around SW7, capturing its best side with stylish area guides.

ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
From this we then designed a series of press ads than ran in The Sunday Times, The Financial Times and The Evening Standard, to drive traffic to the website, as well as hoarding panels and giant banners for the site to promote the launch event.

LIMITED EDITION ARTWORK
Finally we ran a limited edition screen print of the map, featured in the brochure. Only 34 were issued, one for each flat. Each new homeowner was given the corresponding edition number to their apartment as a moving in present.

RESULTS
The campaign more than delivered on the original objectives. Visits to the website rocketed when the press ads launched and website sign ups surpassed expectations. Visits to the show suite on launch day had to be staggered and brochures were snapped up so quickly, stocks threatened to run low prompting a urgent reprint.

Over 60% of the apartments were sold off-plan on Launch Day, with the rest following shortly after.

We were also the winner of the 2016 Property Marketing Award.
