About me

As you can see from my CV, I have 4 years self-employed experience, which consists of a great deal of self-motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Due to the nature of the business, it enabled me to gain outstanding attention to detail with regards to design and I find myself to be a hard working person. I like to think of myself as a strong team player, as well as working individually. Thanks to my excellent people skills, I have the ability to motivate others around me and feel my experience gained through being self employed will only give me an advantage in future employment.

I have a BA(Hons) in Product Design which i gained at The University of Hertfordshire. During my 4 years being self employed, I managed to add to my knowledge and experience of using the creative suite, such as Photoshop and Illustrator. But i also found myself to be the face of the business, meeting clients and dealing with clients over the phone.

My ideal job would be based around furniture design, but I'm interested in other areas of design too, such as graphics, interiors and product. I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to work within one of these particular areas of design to further my career, and would put all my efforts into this opportunity.
