Dear Sir/Madame

I would like to apply for the job of Graphic Designer which was advertised on indeed.com.

Currently I am working as a graphic designer for the Foxlowe Arts Centre voluntarily, designing poster and banners for the arts centre and their customers.

Before this I did voluntary administration work for Staffordshire Moorlands Community & Voluntary Centre to get me back to work after an operation.

I studied in Art & Design at Leek College School of Art, where I centred my skills towards graphic design. During my time at Leek College I had a four week work placement with a family run graphic design studio (AGOG Ltd) which was great experience for me.

After studying at Leek College I expanded my creative skills through Animation that I studied at Staffordshire University. The skills I learnt there may also be useful for your company.

I would benefit greatly from this opportunity but also I think I would be a great addition to your team and you would benefit from the following of my skills:

- Creative use of typology

- Great at meeting deadlines

- Problem solving

- Working as a team and interacting with clients

I have always enjoyed working with people and think my previous experience will allow me to be part of the team.
