Britain's Next Top Model is loved by many and has been going for over 9 years. After Sky Living dropped the show, the production company needed to re-engage with a new, younger audience on social. We researched the audience and completed a tactical social audit. From listening to fans, we found that the thing they craved most was to feel part of the show. From this, we created a robust social strategy, content pillars and individual pieces of content, and then proceeded to run all social channels for 2 months to test and learn. We also created a channel content launch plan. After an initial two months, we doubled the amount of incoming messages, interactions, followers and potential reach.
