"Some weights are harder to spot than others." For Mental Health Awareness Week 2022, we wanted to create a campaign that highlighted the emotional weights people carry around on a daily basis. And to be able to teach people how to 'spot' the signs that someone may be struggling. We partnered with CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) to provide valuable insight around the most common phrases people reach out to them with.
