Restorative Creativity aims to help people restore their personal wellbeing and growth from limiting beliefs and negative experiences. To identify what is important to them, the life they wish to live, and the steps they can take to make this their reality. The company sells a creative writing journal, poetry books and e-books; with these products, Restorative Creativity aims to help people with their healing journey who are not necessarily seeking talking therapies.
