I finished my degree in Writing Fashion and Culture three years ago. Since graduating I have gained three years experience in retail head office, PR, luxury fashion, events, and copywriting.
I was recently a press office assistant for one year at Zara head office. Here I helped with day to day running of the showroom, appointments and organising sample requests. I have just got back from New York where I worked in the Topman press office. Here I had a similar role, and also helped out with editorial and web reports.
Last year I was a PR and marketing intern at Jasper Garvida, where I was in charge of their social media and online marketing. I also wrote the press releases, newsletters and blogs.
I was a freelance travel copywriter for 6 months, and a freelance fashion writer at stylenews.com for 3 months.
I have also done an internship at Browns in the website department. Here I wrote the copy for the new items going online, and updated their twitter account.
