This project was about the lack of emotion in technological conversations based around the topic of anxiety. Here I created a fold-able leaflet which opens to reveal the copy. This was part of a multiple outcome project using layering and distortion to communicate how using technology to aid anxiety isn’t always necessarily a good thing. As I discovered this use of tech can be classed as a safety behaviour which keeps the anxiety cycle going. My aim was to create an awareness of this.
