About me

I am an enthusiastic motivated BA (Hons) Interior Design graduate from De Montfort University Leicester. I have gained experience from Blueprint Interiors, and the athletic union whilst at university. Having researched various interior design occupations, and undertaken work experience, I am now fully committed to pursuing a career in Interior Design.My communication skills are equally as good. Extensive customer service jobs have helped to develop these skills. I have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, which I have had to apply frequently when working in a bar. My peers regard me as a team player who is well organised, is comfortable with both event management and communication roles. This is evident when I have lead and organised my university hockey team on tour and frequent social events. As well as being one of the selected 11 to display at New Designers I was one of the key members involved in the design and construction of the display.My CV shows the range of roles that I have undertaken which require a high level of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. This is best demonstrated by my completion of a work placement at Blueprint Interiors. Here I was required to perform tasks around the office, acting and part of a team and an individual.
